然而，许多人正是在这里陷入困境。不是在行为本身，而是在事后的余波中。 情欲会形成习惯。习惯逐渐演变成色情成瘾。随后羞耻感便悄然袭来，低语道：“你并非你自以为的那样。”那声音响亮，听起来极具说服力，甚至让人觉得充满属灵的意味。但它并非来自上帝。<\/p>

上帝会使人认罪，但不会将人击垮。<\/p>

责备与羞耻之间存在区别。责备是具体的，它指出何处有错，并呼召你回归正途；羞耻则模糊而令人窒息，它告诉你问题在于你自己，而不仅仅是你的罪。责备引领你归向基督，羞耻却将你推离祂。<\/p>

如果你厌倦了这种循环，那就不要仅从行为入手。要从真理开始。打开圣经，静心研读关于情欲的经文。不要匆匆忙忙，要慢慢来。让经文自行发声，让它们揭露需要被揭露的，同时也让你明白：恩典并非脆弱易碎。<\/p>

认罪至关重要。不是模糊的认罪，而是诚实的认罪。直面内心的挣扎，将它带到神的光中。罪在隐秘中滋长，而当事情被直言不讳地说出来时，医治便开始了。这并非为了赚取宽恕——那早已借着基督确保了。 这是为了重新步入你本该身处的光明之中。<\/p>

然后采取实际行动。消除触手可及的诱因。改变习惯模式。不要与诱惑讨价还价。你早已知道那些道路通向何方。 建立能引导你身心重回正轨的节奏。读经、祷告、团契。不是作为宗教习惯，而是作为生命线。<\/p>

找一位值得信赖的信徒。不是十位。一位就够了。向他们说出真相。让某人与你同行。孤立会助长这种挣扎。真诚的团契则能削弱它。<\/p>

你有时会跌倒。这并不意味着一切都没有改变。成长往往是不均衡的。重要的是，当你跌倒时，你会跑向何方。如果你跑回基督那里，你就已经朝着不同的方向前行了。<\/p>

基督的死并非为了让你变得“更完美”。祂在完全知晓你挣扎的沉重负担的情况下，依然为之而死。这其中也包括你此刻的挣扎。<\/p>
