《圣经》关于死亡的真实说法<\/strong><\/h2>
<\/div>

圣经并不将死亡视为一个可以淡化处理的轻松话题。它以死亡的全部沉重直面你。 当拉撒路去世时，耶稣哭了。并非因为祂不知道接下来会发生什么。祂知道自己即将使他从死里复活。祂之所以哭泣，是因为悲痛是真实的，失去是真实的，而且神并不与你的痛苦保持距离。<\/p>

《圣经》对死亡是怎么说的？它说死亡是敌人。保罗称它为 “最后一个将被消灭的敌人”<\/em> 见《哥林多前书》15章26节。这种措辞很重要。 圣经并不是要你假装失去所爱之人没什么大不了。它也不是要你草草了事地度过这段痛苦，或是因为相信天堂而强颜欢笑。它是在告诉你：死亡是错误的，它从来不是上帝最初的计划，而且终有一天会被彻底战胜。<\/p>

这可不是一点点安慰，而是巨大的安慰。<\/p>

如果我们将《圣经》中关于失去至亲的经文当作创可贴，过早地贴在伤口上，这些经文可能会显得空洞无物。但当你真诚地静下心来细细品味时，它们所蕴含的意义是其他任何东西都无法比拟的。 《诗篇》34:18说，神亲近伤心的人。不是“终有一天”，而是“此刻”。在你经历过的最黑暗的夜晚里，祂就在你身边。《启示录》21:4应许，祂要擦去我们眼中的每一滴眼泪。每一滴都不例外。这就是一位数算你眼泪的神。<\/p>

实践智慧：如何在不失去信仰的情况下应对悲伤<\/strong><\/h2>
<\/div>

如何应对悲伤 <\/strong>作为耶稣的追随者，并不意味着要强装一种自己并未感受到的平安。我认识的一些最虔诚的人，都曾因悲痛而崩溃。崩溃并不等于失去信仰。<\/p>

<\/div>

以下是我亲眼所见确实有帮助的方法。<\/p>

<\/div>

允许自己充分地哀悼。<\/strong> 耶稣并没有急于跳过悲伤，直接走向复活。有星期五，也有星期六。星期天虽然来了，但其他日子同样真实存在。你的这个过程也值得以同样的诚实来面对。深深地悲伤并不意味着你对上帝的信任减少了，而是意味着你曾深爱过。<\/p>

将你发自内心的祷告献给上帝。 <\/strong>遭遇失去时，去读《诗篇》。不要读那些结局圆满的篇章。去读《诗篇》第88篇，它没有圆满的结局，也没有圆满的收尾。圣经的作者们曾满怀愤怒、困惑和绝望地发出呼喊，却从未为此道歉。你也可以这样做。上帝并非脆弱的。<\/p>

以你所知为根基，而非以你的感受为依据。<\/strong> 悲伤时的感受不能作为可靠的神学依据。在最糟糕的日子里，你可能会觉得上帝已经抛弃了你。但感受并非事实。即使你的情绪告诉你相反的情况，你从圣经中领悟到的真理依然成立。这并不是要压抑情绪，而是不要将你的神学建立在凌晨两点悲伤低语的内容之上。<\/p>

让基督的身体真正显现出来。<\/strong> 我们本就不该独自承担这一切。在悲伤面前，社群的支持绝非可有可无。让人们陪伴在你身边吧。让你的教会真正成为教会。悲伤时的孤立是仇敌最有效的手段之一，而它之所以奏效，正是因为它让人产生一种被保护的感觉。<\/p>

请记住，希望并不等于否认。<\/strong> 基督徒对永恒的盼望并非一厢情愿。这是建立在耶稣基督复活之上的坚定信心。如果祂从死里复活了，那么死亡就有了界限。这一界限改变了一切。<\/p>
