我们教会里有位弟兄曾对我说，他明明有充分的理由感到安心，却丝毫感受不到与之相称的平安。房子已经还清了贷款，投资组合状况良好，但他依然辗转难眠。与此同时，我认识一些几乎一无所有的人，他们却散发着一种令周围所有人感到不安的平静。 区别从来不在于他们的处境，而在于他们与上帝的关系。<\/p>

我们常将“平安”一词信手拈来，仿佛它意味着“舒适”。其实并非如此。“舒适”只是没有麻烦。而《圣经》中的“平安”却有着完全不同的含义，它更坚固、更持久。 圣经从未应许我们过上无忧无虑的生活。它应许我们的是，当麻烦不可避免地降临时，仍能屹立不倒的某种力量。<\/p>

《圣经》中“平安”的真正含义<\/strong><\/h2>
<\/div>

当你在《圣经》中读到“平安”一词时，你会发现它的内涵远比英文译本所表达的更为丰富。 希伯来语中的“shalom”一词，意为“完整”。它意味着毫无缺失，毫无破损。耶稣在被捕前夜这样对门徒说：“我将平安留给你们，我将我的平安赐给你们；我所赐的，不像世人所赐的。 “你们心里不要忧愁，也不要胆怯。”这是《约翰福音》第十四章第二十七节，这并非一种祝愿，而是一份特意赐下的礼物。<\/p>

这不是一种被动的平安，也不是你只在心情好的时候才去等待的一种感觉。 这是一种你被邀请进入的状态，它有一个具体的起点，而我们大多数人却往往忽略了这一点。<\/p>

为何与神的平安高于一切<\/strong><\/h2>
<\/div>

在这里，我必须直截了当地告诉你。 当你仍与造物主处于敌对状态时，你无法制造出与神和好的平安。《罗马书》清楚地告诉我们，我们曾经是神的仇敌，因罪与神隔绝，唯有借着基督的宝血才能与神和好。这种和好并非比喻，而是一旦你信靠耶稣，便成为法律上和属灵上的事实。<\/p>

与神和好并非一种情绪，而是一种地位——一旦确立便永不改变，也无需重新商定。当你将信心放在基督身上的那一刻，敌对便告终结。战争已经结束。你已被收养、蒙赦免，并被带近那位从未主动远离你的天父。 其他一切——保罗所描述的“神的平安”——都源于这一已确定的地位。若未接受根基，便无法经历果实。<\/p>

我对每位我辅导的人都说同样的话，而且从不软化这一立场。 在彻底交出生命之前，别再试图平息内心的躁动。这从来没有对任何人奏效过，从来没有。<\/p>

迈向平静内心的实际步骤<\/strong><\/h2>
<\/div>

在喧嚣中开启清晨之前，先用静默来开始新的一天。 在手机屏幕唤醒你的焦虑之前，先花五分钟读经。要认罪，要具体指明，而非含糊的内疚感。被点名的罪才会被认罪、被赦免，并彻底释放。<\/p>

<\/div>

保罗在圣经中针对这一具体的挣扎，给了我们最清晰的指引。 “应当一无挂虑，只要凡事借着祷告、祈求和感谢，将你们所要的告诉神。神所赐、超过人所能理解的平安，必借着基督耶稣保守你们的心怀意念。”这是《腓立比书》第四章第六至七节，它直接指明了这一过程。焦虑在祷告中被交托。 平安则作为守护者被回赠给我们。<\/p>

与那些会就你与基督同行之路向你提出尖锐问题的人建立真实的友谊。孤立比其他几乎任何事情都更容易滋生焦虑。一颗平静的心很少能独自在房间里建立起来。它通常是在群体中，历经数年，慢慢建立起来的。<\/p>

这一切都无法取代第一步，没有这一步，其他一切都无济于事。与神和好永远是第一位的，毫无例外。神的平安是日复一日与祂亲密同行后自然产生的副产品，当那种感觉早已消逝、唯独决志依然存在时，平安才会随之而来。<\/p>
