健康的习惯并非从健康杂志上借鉴来的自助潮流。 自《箴言》以来，圣经一直在教导有纪律的生活。睡眠、饮食、祷告、运动、真诚的友谊。这些都是披着平凡外衣的属灵操练。一个信徒若连续数周不休息，却称之为奉献，这并非忠心。他只是在自取其辱，精疲力竭，并逐渐变得苦毒。<\/p>

为何孤立会助长各种成瘾<\/strong><\/h2>
<\/div>

我近距离观察过的每一种成瘾，都源于同一个根源：孤立。当敌人能让人长时间感到孤独时，他根本无需高声呐喊。 刷屏成了社群的替代品。无尽的信息流许诺联结，却只带来比较。如果你正在寻求社交媒体成瘾的帮助，就从这里开始：晚餐时把手机放在另一个房间。小小的物理界限，比任何应用拦截器都能更快地重塑分心的思维。<\/p>

雅各告诉我们要彼此认罪、互相代祷，好叫我们得医治。请注意这里的复数形式。医治本应发生在人际关系中，而不是午夜时分私密的浏览器标签页里。找一个人。向他坦诚相告。请他每周与你保持联系。这一步所打破的枷锁，远比任何独自在沉默中做出的决心都要多。<\/p>

品格的塑造是在一个又一个星期二中逐步完成的，一次又一次微小的顺服层层累积，直到镜中映出的那个人，越来越不像从前的自己，而越来越像基督。这个过程是缓慢的。但只要你坚持足够久，让神完成祂所开始的工作，这个过程就势不可挡。<\/p>

我曾目睹成年男子在教堂地下室第一次大声说出自己的挣扎时潸然泪下。并非因为挣扎消失了，而是因为他们终于被理解了。这才是真正的良药。 不是冰箱上又贴了一条规则，而是一家人愿意陪伴你度过戒断期、复发期，以及缓慢重拾生活的过程。基督从未应许过一条轻松摆脱捆绑的道路。祂应许的是，在这条路上，无论每一步、每次挫折，还是每个充满怜悯的新晨，祂都与你同在。<\/p>
